FundReady collects information you provide directly: your email address (for account creation and magic link authentication), the credit report text you upload for analysis, and the Financing Readiness Score data generated from your report. We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account data, or government-issued ID numbers.
SmartCredit, our third-party monitoring partner, independently collects and holds your credit profile data. FundReady does not receive, store, or process your raw credit report beyond the analysis session.
We use your email to send magic link authentication emails and score-triggered notifications (new member welcome, score updates, projected score alerts). We use your uploaded credit report data to generate your Financing Readiness Score, sub-scores by financing type, projected score trajectory, and approval blocker analysis. We do not sell your email address or credit data to third parties.
Your credit report text is processed in memory and not permanently stored after analysis. Your Financing Readiness Score data (score, sub-scores, projections, blockers) is stored in your member dashboard and retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@fundready.polsia.app. Session tokens are retained for 30 days after logout or expiry.
FundReady uses SmartCredit (smartcredit.com, PID=53319) as our primary third-party monitoring partner. SmartCredit independently collects credit profile data and provides report delivery. Their data practices are governed by SmartCredit's own privacy policy. FundReady also uses Polsia infrastructure for email delivery and data storage — their privacy and security practices are available at polsia.com.
We use httpOnly session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. These cookies do not contain your email or any personal data — only a secure, time-limited session token stored in our database. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies beyond Polsia's anonymous usage beacon.
Your session tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes in our database. Magic link tokens are hashed before storage. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We do not guarantee absolute data security — no system is immune to breach — but we follow industry-standard practices for protecting member credentials and score data.
You have the right to: (a) request a copy of your FundReady account data; (b) request deletion of your FundReady account and associated score data; (c) opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email; (d) contact support@fundready.polsia.app with any privacy concern. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
FundReady is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to FundReady, contact support@fundready.polsia.app and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify members via email to the address on file.

By accessing or using FundReady, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use FundReady.
FundReady provides educational credit analysis and financing readiness insights. Specifically: (a) we analyze credit report text you upload; (b) we generate a proprietary Financing Readiness Score (0–100) and sub-scores by financing type; (c) we provide projected score trajectories and approval blocker analysis; (d) we send score-triggered email notifications. FundReady is an educational tool — it is not a credit repair service, not a financial advisory service, and not a licensed lending institution.
FundReady does not guarantee approvals, score increases, financing outcomes, or lender decisions. The Financing Readiness Score is a proprietary internal metric — it is not a FICO score or a credit bureau score. Projections are educational estimates based on completing recommended actions; actual results vary based on individual circumstances, lender policies, and the timing of reported changes in your credit profile. The presence or absence of any specific factor in your analysis does not guarantee a specific financing outcome.
You are responsible for: (a) maintaining an active SmartCredit membership to use FundReady; (b) uploading accurate credit report data — we analyze what you provide; (c) keeping your FundReady account email current; (d) not sharing your magic link authentication with others. You must be at least 18 years old to use FundReady.
FundReady relies on SmartCredit (smartcredit.com, PID=53319) for tri-merge credit monitoring, report delivery, and ongoing data refreshes. SmartCredit is a separate service with its own pricing, terms, and privacy policy. FundReady is not responsible for SmartCredit's data practices, pricing changes, or service availability. Any disputes or questions about your SmartCredit membership should be directed to SmartCredit directly.
FundReady and its operators are not liable for: (a) any financing decision made by a lender based on your credit profile; (b) any discrepancy between your Financing Readiness Score and your actual approval outcome; (c) any errors or inaccuracies in the credit report data you upload; (d) any failure of SmartCredit to deliver timely credit monitoring data; (e) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FundReady. Your use of FundReady is at your own risk.
The Financing Readiness Score is not a credit score as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). It is not provided by a consumer reporting agency and is not used by lenders in the same manner as FICO or VantageScore. FundReady is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide reports to lenders. This service does not meet the definition of a "consumer report" under FCRA §603(d).
The Financing Readiness Score methodology, projected score algorithm, and approval blocker analysis are proprietary to FundReady. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these proprietary materials. The FundReady name, logo, and brand are property of FundReady. You retain all rights to the credit report data you upload.
We may suspend or terminate your FundReady account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@fundready.polsia.app. Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account. Continued use of FundReady after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
